So... I SUCK at cooking.. baking.. whatever ya wanna call it. Well I guess I don't suck..I'm just NOT confident. I feel bad, especially marrying into a Tongan family who LOVES food. Well, I'm always complaining to my Mom "Ju-Babes" so we decided that she's going to start teaching me how to make things every so often. Well this week she taught me how to make homemade bread and potato cheese soup.

Enoch was so happy when he came home from work and I had a yummy meal prepared. Instead of a frozen pizza and pasta-roni..ha ha Thanks Mom for your help, I had alot of fun actually! :]

Your bread looks awesome! It's great that your mom's close enough to help with things like that. My first time making bread-I was solo and it was scary :o)
I hate baking...I like to cook, just not bake - but hate cleaning up the mess! Ha ha! Good job, that sounds so good - I love making up different kinds of soups!

SO happy your learning to cook I LOVE to, and never knew it till I started cooking for a hawaiian!! And no your kids are not the only ones who love to be naked, Kaluna strips in public if you don't keep a close eye on him!! Haha, maybe its the poly in them?? :)

WOW! Good job little miss homemaker! You look so dang cute I am sure it doesn't matter what it tastes like. But with your mom helping you I bet it is just devine.
Um so you are probably the only one I know that looks absolutely GORGEOUS in the kitchen!!! Ah! I'm lucky to get dressed out of my PJ's by dinner! LoL But um, so after all these Betty Crocker a.k.a. Ju-Babes Lessons you're going to invite us to dinner to try it out right!?! LoL
I am very impressed! I've realized that cooking ins't that hard, it just takes lots of time. But it's fun when your hubby likes it and when it turns out yummy! Well done! =)
