hAPPY fATHER'S dAY!!

I know this is a little early, but we're leaving for California tomorrow early in the morning and I for sure want to have this posted before Father's Day. I just want to wish the "Father's" in my life... a HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!

First off to my Dad. Dad, I love you so much. You are such a hard worker, you take care of our family so well. You are a spiritual giant. Is there anything you can't do?? I know Enoch, Jett, and Bryton look up to you so much. What a good lookin Grandpa you are too ;)

Second, my Father-n-Law Vaka. Anyone that knows him.. loves him! How could you not? I see a lot of Enoch in him in so many ways. He too, is one of THE hardest workers I know. HE can fix ANYTHING too. I love how laid back he is. OFA ATU!

AND LAST, BUT CERTAINLY NOT LEAST... My aMaZiNg husband!! Babe- growing up my husband had HUGE shoes to fill, because I felt I had a pretty close to perfect father growin up, and I'm SO LUCKY to have chosen you to be the Father of our children. You're THE BEST! You are an incredible example to our boys in so many ways and they pretty much WORSHIP you.. when you walked in from work last night and the boys ran up to you 100 miles an hour screaming, "Daddy..Daddy!!" it made my night. Thanks for being such a hard worker so that we are blessed with so much. Thanks for honoring your priesthood, so that we have that sweet spirit in our home. Have a great Father's Day. Look-alike??

Have you guys ever seen the Utah Valley Magazine? Well in there they have a "look-alike" section and we entered my little sister Janessa in it. She looks SO Much like Hayden Panettiere!! Don't you think? My amazing talented Aunt Jill did her make-up and I obviously did her hair and my freaking cute sister Jayni took her picture.. Cool huh?

Where's MY motivation?

I have ZERO motivation lately.
I'm tired of this crappy weather(although we haven't had to turn on our sprinklers or AC for like 2 weeks now)

I'm SOOOO sick and tired of the hours my husband works! Sometimes I wonder if the money is worth NEVER seeing him. I DREAD every Monday morning!
I HATE hearing about his stupid co-workers. If I go into his office I swear I'll ANNIHILATE "A" and "W" and a few other people... those are just a few.

I am DONE looking at my mountain of laundry.
Oh yeah... and my mountain of dishes.

I LOVE doing hair.. don't get me wrong, it's a passion I have. But I'm sick of doing it.

I LOVE my lil' monsters TO DEATH.. but can I get a MINUTE to go to the bathroom, take a shower, go on my treadmill, watch my shows, sleep ONE night without them coming in our bed in the middle of the night???
Where is my patience?

I want to eat healthier.. but food.. Mmmm, it's just is too dang good, I can't get enough of it! Healthy food is really expensive too.
I want to workout, I want to go to the gym... IMPOSSIBLE when I live out here and there is not a decent gym near us and when I can't even get my boys to go to nursery every Sunday, how am I going to get them to go to a daycare while I workout?

I want to read my scriptures everyday. I don't.
I want to go to the temple often.. I don't.
I need to do my visiting teaching done. Haven't yet.
I want to serve others. Hardly ever.
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! UGH.

Yee Haw Baby!!

I've wanted to see Josh Gracin in concert since he was on American Idol season 2. I LOVE his voice. He's the one that used to be in the Military, and has an amazing country voice. Well, when I found out he was coming to Pony Express Days out here in Eagle Mountain, I was ALL OVER IT! I got us tickets then told a few people in my family about it and actually had a lot of people that were interested in coming. Oh yeah, Darryl Worley performed also, but wasn't all that great, in fact his voice got annoying after awhile. I dodn't even take a picture of him I don't think. BUT JOSHY boy WAS UNREAL! Enoch and I went like 3 hours early to stand in line and save seats for the group..

HERE HE IS!! I don't think he is that good lookin, but his voice is AMAZING! As soon as he came out on stage, you better believe I ran up to that stage. I took this picture MYSELF, that's how close I got. Not as close as Jayni though...she got a picture WITH HIM.

I felt SO bad for Ben. Jett and Bryton would NOT get off him! They were playing with him THE WHOLE TIME. SO thanks UNCLE BEN! We love you.

By the end.. they were pooped! This is how they were 5 seconds after we put them in the SUV. If you're wondering why they weren't in their car seats, it's because Grace dropped them off after the concert started so we wouldn't have to wait in line with them and she took their car seats home, which was close to the concert. SO yes, we drove home without them in their car seats. Call the cops.. whatever ya want to do.. I know I know.

Lakers vs Magic- 06.04.09

Tonight is the first game of the NBA Finals!! I'm a JAZZ fan.. GO D-Will!! But now that they're out.. I cheer for my husbands favorite team the Lakers and hope he would do the same in return :] He's trained Jett and Bryton to say, "Go Kobe!" & "Go LAKERS!" ANYTIME they see basketball on TV, it's hilarious. My family doesn't really like Kobe Bryant, but they think it's so funny/cute when the boys say it..

Hogle Zoo-05.28.09
