Tubin' down the river...07.25.09

After Enoch almost fighting a fisherman, freezing our bums off, stopping a few hundred times for Enoch to get back on his tube, Enoch getting all scraped and banged up, almost giving up a few times, Jaxon about running into rocks or logs-crying...we did it! A group of us survived tubing down the frigid waters of the Provo River.. We had a BLAST! Can't wait to do it again.

Happy Pioneer Day! 07.24.09

The morning of the the 24th, Enoch's cousins slept out on the parade route in Salt Lake. We went up to their, that parade never dissapoints. Henry B. Eyring was in it, it was AWESOME to see him. I forgot my camera.. can you belive that?? UGH. SO ANNOYING. After that Enoch. the boys and I went and got Costa Vida and took it to the pool, we ate, hung out, and swam. Later that evening we went to one of Enoch's cousins wedding dances. Since Jett and Bryton are afraid of the fireworks, we decided to just light some sparklers at home. Jett was scared of those too, but Bryton was fearless.

HAPPY PIONEER DAY! Shout out to my Aunt Jodi, HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Love ya. :]

Our really good friend's the Frazier's, their son Jameson got married.. we went to their reception in Draper. It's always so good to see that sweet family.

After their reception J.J. and his GF, Lindsey, had to go to the airport to pick up her little brother and niece, but needed to kill some time.. so we decided to go to Temple Square and walk around since we were already up North. The Temple looked STUNNING like usual, never dissapoints!

Steel Days

I pretty much worship Steel Days. I've loved it for as long as I can remember.. growin up in American Fork pretty much my whole life. The good ol carny, burn out, parade, baby contest, car cruise, the concert, and fireworks, etc... LOVE!

We took Jett, Bryton, and Jayden to the Carnival for a few rides before all the perverted, white trash people come out.. Seriously, where do some of those freaking weirdo's come from??

The night before the parade a bunch of my Mom's side went and hung out at my Grandpa and Grandma Ingersoll's house..

We sat, chilled, and talked..

My cute boys and I when everyone else was in bed & quiet and somehow they had gotten ahold of my Mt Dew or something and WOULD NOT fall asleep!

In the morning the Ingersoll brothers made us a YUMMY dutch oven breakfast..

We sat in front of Austin and Andrea's house and watched the parade. We had perfect seats. :] It's always fun to see people you know in the parade.. Janessa was cheering in it.

WE HAD A BLAST! Can't wait for next year.

Oquirrh Mountain Temple Open House

This Temple was simply beautiful! The tile inside, the paintings, the furniture...AMAZING! It's a pretty small temple. We loved it. There was such a sweet spirit there. Everything was so organized. If you stand in front of the temple, you look out over the valley and can see the Jordan River Temple and the Draper Temple.. How crazy is that??

On Enoch's Niu side there are SOOO MANY kids, which means there are SOOO many grandkids. Enoch doesn't really know his 1st cousins that well at all. We went to a wedding of one of his cousins and he was meeting some of them for THE FIRST TIME. Crazy huh? We had a lot of fun and it was great to his some of his aunts and uncle's that I've never met before and he hadn't seen in a long time.

We got a picture with Enoch's Grandma who he hardly ever sees. She is from New Zealand..

Mini I.F.R.

This year my Grandma Ingersoll kinda threw together a last minute "Mini Ingersoll Family Reunion". We had family up from St. George, Arizona, and Coalville. So why not?? It was great to spend time with family we don't see very often and have a good time!!

While the men went golfing ALL DAY long some of us women took our kids to the Thanksgiving Point "Farm Country"
