Farm Country-05.22.09

The boys and I went with one of my good friends and her 2 boys to "Farm Country" at Thanksgiving Point. I knew Jett and Bryton would LOVE it cause they are always having me pull over on the side of the road pretty much EVERY time we see a horse, cow, lamb, or pig. I didn't tell them we were going till we got there, otherwise they'd ask me EVERY second about going and make me listen to them do the animal sounds. After I told them in the car they were SO excited and hyper..

The hay ride being pulled by the horses

The boys feeding the goats

Jett on the pony ride! Bryton wouldn't get on he was BAWLING! I'm surprised Jett stayed on the entire time, he usually cries when a tiny dog gets near him. I was just so proud of him I was making a big deal, "Jett, you're 'Woody'.. riding 'BullEye'!" I'm sure everyone was looking at me like..... Eeeeeasy, it's JUST a pony ride! ha ha

My lil' Monsters and I. I LOVE THEM.

Dissapointment-05.13.09

I'm pretty disappointed from the results of my reality TV this week :( :(

The Biggest Loser
I'm really bugged Helen won The Biggest Loser! She looked ridiculous in my opinion, almost too skinny in a way. After she won did you see her STILL "overweight" daughter hugging her?? I felt so bad for her daughter. I think Tara deserved it, she looked STUNNING, was never below the yellow line, and won 5 trillion challenges!! I feel she was a cry baby bad at times.. but dang.. she's an amazing athlete! I would have rather had Mike win than Helen. Can you believe Jerry?? My goodness. Awesome. Even though I wanted Kristen or Sione to win the "at home" Biggest Loser. Also, I was NOT a huge fan of what they did on the Finale with those 2 girls that were competing in front of America to be on next seasons Biggest Loser. I felt SOOO bad for the girl that didn't make it. She probably feels SO DUMB! I know she still gets a trainer at home. But GEEZ, that was the stupidest thing I feel. AND Alison, the host, looked really good for just having a baby... but my gosh.. put those GARGANTUAN JUJUNGAS AWAY. Ew...

American Idol
I HATE ADAM LAMBERT'S MUSIC... GAG ME! I don't hate him. I just don't like his music. I would NEVER buy or listen to his music on the radio. I would NEVER go to one of his concerts. Even if someone paid for my ticket to go to The American Idol Tour, I probably wouldn't go, just so I don't have to listen to his music. I LOVED Danny Gokey!! I LOVED his voice. I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOO SAD he's gone!! I want Kris Allen to win it all now obviously.

The Finale Baby!!-05.12.09

YAY!!! Tonight is THE BIGGEST LOSER FINALE! Can't wait. For those of you who don't watch the whole season, but just like to see the results... TONIGHT'S YOUR NIGHT! :] It's on Channel 5 (KSL) at 7:00PM (MST)... It's amazing and so inspiring.. TRUST ME, it won't dissapoint! Don't miss it! ha ha

Happy Mother's Day-05.10.09

I want to wish my Mom a Happy Mother's Day! I couldn't have asked for a more perfect Mom for me. I could go on and on about everything she does for EVERYONE, but this blog doesn't have enough room. I remember a few months ago, there was SO MUCH going on at her house. She had completely overwhelmed herself with doing too much for too many people at one time. I could see she was exhausted, so tired, her feet hurt, pretty much fatigued.. and still managed to keep that beautiful smile on her face. I went to go into her room to grab something and I found my sweet Mother on her knees praying and crying. I'm not sure if she ever heard me come in there or saw me, but it brought a tear to my eye and an experience I will never forget. I've always grown up with THE best example. When life gets tough you'll always see her on her knees. Mom thanks for everything you do for me and my family. You're GORGEOUS inside and out. We LOVE you.

I also want to wish my Mother-n-Law a Happy Mother's Day! It makes Enoch and I sad we hardly get to see her. Her and I used to have "our issues", but ya know... "those issues" are GONE! I could NOT love her more. Before we went on our cruise we went out to LA and stayed with them for a few days, she spoiled me!! Her and I could hang out for hours, she'll for sure talk my ear off (ha ha anyone that knows Sinu, knows she LOVES to talk) She just loves her children and would do anything for them. She has been going through some health problems and still manages to do things for other people. Jett and Bryton love to talk to Grandma Sinu on the phone. Thanks for raising such an incredible son, who is now my eternal companion. We love him. We Love you Grandma Niu and hope you have a GREAT DAY!

Now I want to wish myself a Happy Mother's Day... ha ha just kidding. I could not be more grateful to be a Mother. I think at times I take it for granted. I am very fortunate to have my 2 boys. It's crazy how you can care SO MUCH about your kids and would do ANYTHING for them. I love Motherhood!

All of you Mother's out there.. HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!

Mini Mission-05.05.09

In our ward the YM/YW this week received "Mission Calls" to random places around the world. Enoch was in charge of the TONGA mission. You know he was all about that! So, we were assigned to a room in the church to decorate with Tongan artifacts, pictures n stuff. There were 2 young men that were called to the mission and Enoch got to teach them about the island, the culture, and the language for like a half hour. Then on Friday they get to come to our house and have a tongan meal and teach us a lesson. What a cute idea huh?
The boys helping us get everything ready... NOT! Being freaking naughty and ruining everything we were trying to do!

The GOOD LOOKIN' Teacher!! :]

The 2 young men who were called to "The Tongan Mission" we gave them fake leis and had them sit on the mats just like in the island.. They're so cute huh?
