How Can I Go On?-09.13.09

I was over at my parent's house today, some of us were sitting up to the table eating my Mom's yummy food and it's really hard for me to eat. I don't have an appetite. NOTHING sounds good. I know I have to eat. I was trying to gag food down and it was tough. I just laid my head on my arm on the table and closed my eyes. My sweet Mom ran her fingers through my hair and patted me on the back, tears just started flowing down my face. I thought to myself, "How can I go on? I'm too miserable." My family was offering to help me with a few different options (a milk shake, lay down and they'd watch Jett and Bryton, a drink, go relax out on the swing, play with my hair, etc) I just wanted to fall over and die. Jaxon, my awesome lil brother, started scratching my back and my Mom made me some fresh banana bread. I'm SO SO DONE with morning sickness! I feel really bad complaining, I know that a lot of people have trouble with infertility and they'd probably give ANYTHING to feel this way. But I just need to vent for a minute.

I'm only 11 weeks along, I'm sick 24-7. I'm even nauseated in my sleep. It takes so much energy to do so many small and simple things. Putting on a bra, lifting my arm to put on mascara, etc. Oh and you should see my laundry.. oh my gosh! My abs and throat are sore from throwing up and dry heaving so much. I went grocery shopping the other day at Wal-Mart and I went down the spice aisle or something and started dry heaving.. pretty loud.. it was so embarrassing. I was holding in my throw up. Jett and Bryton are always asking me if I'm "choking". A few days ago, I swear I was dehydrated.

It could be worse I guess, my Mom was sick the whole pregnancy with my brother Jaxon and threw up everyday till she had him. I WOULD DIE! Usually my morning sickness wares off at about 14-15 weeks.. so we'll see. I've tried everything! Phenegran, the generic Zofran, sour stuff, propel.. you name it. I'm just going to have to stick it out..

So if I haven't returned your phone calls--I'm sorry! I have clients asking me everyday to do their hair-- I say I can't, not yet. I'm sad I missed the bishopric fireside in my ward.. The list goes on and on... I'M A ZOMBIE!!! I'm grateful to my Young Women's Presidency who has been patient with me and of course my wonderful husband. I love him so much. I couldn't do this without him. My sister hates it when I'm pregnant. I'm so boring. I'm sorry everyone. I hope and pray I can get through these next few weeks. WISH ME LUCK!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JAYNI-09.10.09

Today is my sister's birthday.
She is 24. I wanted to make a special post for her.
So I asked everyone in the family to tell me
their favorite thing about Jayni, so I can post it.
Obviously everyone had a hard time only naming one...
there is SO MANY amazing qualities about her.

Dad- "The best thing about Jayni is that she always brings good energy around, she is (or should I say WAS after boating last week..ha ha j/k) very competitive and daring!"

Mom- "I can trust her with anything I tell her, she is a good secret keeper. I love her zest for life! She gets so excited over the smallest things."


Jobi- "She is like the Savior in so many ways. She is a peacemaker and always has been. She loves children and will be an incredible Mother. She loves my children as if they were her own. She cries over everything. I love how much love she has for Ben too." (I know that's more than one, but I'm doing the post, so I can do that)

Enoch- "She is always considerate of other people's feelings. She's selfless and thinks of everyone else before herself."

Ben- "One of my favorite things about Jayni is she can always make me laugh, her funny voices kill me. She always makes life fun!"

J.J.- "Well my favorite thing about my sister Jayni is that she always finds a way to have fun, and when you are talking to her she is so into all of your stories as if nothing else matters besides what you are telling her."

Lindsey- "I love that Jayni is always so willing to help and she just wants everyone to be happy. Plus she has always made me feel at home around your family."

Janessa- "She is going to be THE best Mom ever.. and she is so cute and fashionable, she can make someone really ugly-look so cute. Gosh dang it! She's jus a lil champ. Oh, and she makes anything fun, I love hanging out with her."

Jaxon- "I love when she takes me to Nicklcade, when she sleeps out on the trampoline with me, when she brings her Wii over and plays with me."

Jett- "Happy Burt-day Jayni!"

Bryton- "No, it's my burt-day."


Nayn, thanks for being everyone's best friend. You're an example to all of us. You're beautiful! I'm flattered when people think we're twins. We're excited for your party tonight. Love ya SO MUCH. HAPPY BIRTHDAY Jayni Elizabeth Brenchley!!!!

Since today is September 3rd, I'd figure I would do a post of things that have to do with the #3...

It's almost the end of the THIRD season, which means FOOTBALL season-(Which I love!)

I have the cutest THREE yr old in town..

There are THREE melton sisters..

My Dad is the THIRD of 13 children..

It's the THIRD week of school..

It feels like I haven't shaved my legs in THREE weeks- good thing my leg hairs are blonde ;)..

I'm PREGNANT with my THIRD kid..

Oh and how could I forget......
I throw up at least THREE times a day..

I would LOVE to takeTHREE naps a day..

and I smell anything and everything within THREE miles of me..

oh the joys of being pregnant!!

Terrible Two's??-08.31.09

The other day my house all of a sudden had a white cloud inside it and there was white stuff all over... Bryton walked into my room like this:


I about died!! There was BABY POWDER EVERYWHERE!!

Jett wasn't this hard of a 2 year old. I hope I can survive Bryton's "terrible two's" I went to a YW's presidency meeting yesterday and called my Mom and my sister when I got home CRYING. Bryton bit my friends son and was fighting with everyone the whole time!! Any suggestions on how to get your son to stop BITING?? I've tried biting him back, time out, spanking him (I know call child services..), flicking his ear.. NOTHING seems to work! He bit 2 kids at church on Sunday too. KILL ME NOW!! That is THE ONE thing I worry most about being in YW's is Bryton being so naughty towards all of the other presidency's kids. AHHHH. STRESS ME OUT. I can't get a babysitter for every presidency meeting and every Tuesday evening..I hope he calms down and SOON!

You think these guys get along?? Um.. NOPE! I have a 3 year old, 2 year old, and a 20 month old who all live here.. HA HA Could they be any cuter though??
